The Novice-Open Agility Class will be for dogs having been through at least one Advanced Beginner (or equivalent training) agility class, able to work off-lead in a controlled fashion and are either ready to be competing or are competing at the Novice class level.
Teams should have proficiency safely completing all contact obstacles and have a firm understanding of weave poles and short sequences involving various combinations of equipment.
Sequences and handling skills will focus on Novice and some Open trial levels to advance both canine and handler skills. Will also individualize training as able for class participants.
As part of the Novice-Open Agility Class, teams will be able to submit trial run videos or trial course maps and be provided a review and feedback for the submission request.
Three forms are required for registration: 1) Registration Form; 2) Personal Liability Waiver; and 3) Canine Aggression Policy. Links to the forms will be provided during the class registration process.
